Processing time
All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require a longer processing time, typically 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. You will be informed of a more specific delivery time.

Shipping time
All orders are shipped from Finland. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Delivery delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, customs processes or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a tracking code for your order in a separate email.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:
• Domestic (Finland): Free
• Nordic-Baltic region: 10 €
• EU + Rest of Europe: 20 €
• Worldwide (currently excluding the USA): 40 €

For international shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check your local customs policies before placing your order.

Tracking
Most shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
